Create your personalized music on our mixer software
Music on hold can be created and published via our MiXoR software or from the Sipleo web administration interface, by uploading a RAW or MP3 file. From this same interface, you can listen and discover the rendering of this personalized message.
You can also make some volume adjustments to your creation and make other adjustments such as reducing your music track, for example. Music on hold can be turned on and off easily.
You no longer need to call on a service provider to change your on-hold music, because you have control over all the features.
How to create your personalized music on hold on MiXoR?
#1 Import music or create messages with a synthetic voice
Import the music chosen for your answering machine or message on hold to MiXoR.
Generate a personalized message with high-quality synthesized voices. Directly type the text you want to broadcast on your answering machine and wait a few moments for the voice to adapt your text.
Some example messages:
“Hello, you are on the answering machine of Mr. Porte’s secretariat…”; “Great promotions in our store on… Take advantage! »
#2 Record your voice from a microphone or headset for your announcements
When putting a caller on hold, to search for information or end another call, you can take the opportunity to play personalized sound, created from an audio file or insert music already ready, provided that it is – it is free of rights or listed by SACEM. You can also accompany your personalized music on hold with a message with a synthesized or recorded voice.
#3 Adjust your background music and voice for your music and messages on hold or interactive voice server (IVR)
Choose when you want to broadcast your message (after 15, 20, 30 seconds of waiting). Check the “automatic volume” option to instantly adapt the volume of the message to that of the background music. This will optimize listening and understanding of your ad.
#4 Export your creation to Sipleo
The MiXoR software helps you design your announcements and broadcast your personalized on-hold music. Once you have finalized your creation, you can export it, in MPE3 or WAV formats, directly to your pre-hook, telephone ringer (landline or mobile), interactive voice server (IVR), music on hold and personalized voicemail.
